Job Responsibilities:

• Come up with Marketing strategy for Monday Club
• Work with influencers and social media pages to create buzz in the crypto and NFT community
• Manage Monday Club Discord and Telegram community.
• Create content across different social media platforms-mostly Discord and Twitter.
• Respond to questions and comments while maintaining our brand's voice.
• Serve as brand ambassador to a wide variety of online communities.
• Engage with metaverse and NFT communities, landowners, artists, and creators to build relationships and drive our business pipeline.
• Create a community growth strategy with clear KPIs centered around user growth, engagement, and retention.
• Create a content calendar to facilitate a more streamlined approach to distributing content across platforms mostly (Discord, Twitter, Facebook page, Telegram).
• Provide additional content support to the Marketing team as needed

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of blockchain, Defi and NFT is a plus etc.
• Excellent level of English written and verbal skills
• Hands-on experience in social media management
• Discord, Twitter, and Telegram skills are a must.
• Experience in a community management role
• Passionate about understanding the latest trends related to blockchain
• Well organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work productively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
