A day in the life of a Scoutian Scoutians comes together to create new things for the world of recruitment. We utilize digital technology and artificial intelligence to help companies tackle the increasingly competitive and fast moving talent market. During work time, we work together in agile projects. We value teamwork and sharing between different perspectives of each individual to get ideas and recommendations from different areas of experience and expertise. What is expected from a Scoutian is quite simple, deliver things that are meaningful with commitment using our full potential. During play time, we gather around a Campfire, which is our tradition that we celebrate the successful outcome from each sprint. We do various activities include eating out, watching movies, go for karaoke, or even hangout at the office while exchanging life stories with each other.
